摘 要:以单头亚菊茎段为外植体对其进行组织培养,MS为基本培养基,设置不同激素浓度配比。对实验结果进行观察分析,筛选出合适的配方。启动培养基为MS+0.5 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.01 mg·L-1 NAA。继代培养基为MS+0.75 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.01 mg·L-1NAA,可获得较高的增殖率。不定根最适诱导培养基为1/2MS+0.15 mg·L-1 IBA,生根率达87%以上,组培苗移栽成活率达98%。The tissue culture technology ofAjania scharnhorstii was studied in this research. Bud formation on the nodal explants was induced on an optimal medium MS+0.5 mg.L16-BA+0.01 mg'L1NAA. To get a high propagation ratio, the seedlings were transferred to the medium of MS+0.75 mg.L1 6-BA+0.01 mg.L1NAA. The optimal medium for adventitious root inducing was 1/2MS+0.15 mg-L11BA and the rooting rate was at least 87%. The rooted and acclimated plantlets were transferred outdoors with 98% transplantation success.
