摘  要:自燃煤矸石粗集料的多孔性能决定了其吸水特性,由于其吸水量比天然碎石大,配合比设计中单位用水量的选取就显得尤为重要。本文首先研究了自燃煤矸石粗集料吸水量随时间变化规律,建立了增加附加水的计算公式。其次研究了不同附加水对自燃煤矸石砂轻混凝土坍落度及强度的影响规律,最后研究了自燃煤矸石粗集料预湿时间对混凝土拌合物坍落度、经时损失及强度的影响。研究结果表明,当自燃煤矸石粗集料,提前1 h掺入吸水率80%的附加水润湿,自燃煤矸石砂轻混凝土,无论是拌合物坍落度、经时损失,还是强度等级皆能满足设计要求。研究结果丰富和发展了砂轻混凝土的配合比设计理论。Porous properties of spontaneous combustion gangue coarse aggregate determines its water absorbing character, since its water absorption is much more than natural aggregate, the selection of unit water use is particularly important in the mix proportion design. First, The relation of spontaneous combustion gangue pre water adsorption time and water absorption, and the formula of additional water are introducted in the article. Next, the study of the effect of different additional water on spontaneous combustion gangue sand lightweight concrete slump and strength , and the effect of spontaneous combustion gangue coarse aggregate prewet time on concrete slump time losing and strength are introduced. The results show:in addition that spontaneous combustion gangue coarse aggregate are wetted 1 h in advance and the additional water is 80% of satuated water absorption, either spontaneous combustion gangue sand lightweight concrete mixing material slump or its strength grade meets design requirements, and slump time losing is less. The results provide some reference to the mix proportion of sand lightweight concrete.
