摘  要:将共沉淀法制备成的Mg—Al-Fe水滑石负载于斜发沸石上,利用焙烧后的吸附剂在一定条件下去除溶液中的氯离子。研究不同Mg-Al-Fe水滑石的焙烧温度、吸附氯离子温度、吸附剂用量、pH值等因素对氯离子去除的影响。实验结果表明,当pH值在5~11的范围内,吸附温度为35℃时,用500℃下焙烧的Mg-Al—Fe水滑石负载斜发沸石4g/L处理含氯离子废水,吸附效果最明显。对制备好的吸附材料进行XRD、SEM的检测。Chloride in aqueous was adsorbed by clinoptilolite supported Mg-Al-Fe hydrotalcite and the Mg-Al-Fe hydrotalcite was prepared by coprecipitation. The influences of Mg-Al-Fe hydrotalcite calcination temperature, adsorption temperature, adsorption dosage, pH on the removal of chloride have been investigated. The optimum temperature and range of pH were obtained in the experiments and the adsorption capacity reached the highest when the temperature was 35 ℃ and the pH was 5-11. The maximum adsorption capacity was obtained at the hydrotalcite calcination temperature of 500 ℃and the dosage of 4 g/L. Characterizations of the hydrotalcite were performed using XRD and SEM.
