摘 要:在面向订单的烟草生产企业中,客户需求的多样性导致了企业的车辆满载率不高.针对这一种情况,以车辆总利用率最大化为优化目标,考虑车辆额定装载量约束和车辆满载率约束,对烟草企业配载运输调度问题建立混合整数规划模型.提出了三种订单与车辆匹配的原则,在这些原则的基础之上,设计了用于求解配载运输调度问题的一种启发式算法.实例应用表明,该算法能够较快地求出满意的车辆调度方案,验证了该算法对求解配载运输调度问题是可行并且有效的.分析了模型参数车辆装载率系数对计算结果的影响,分析结果表明,车辆总利用率随着车辆装载率系数的增加呈先升后降的变化规律.The order-oriented tobacco companies have dynamic customer needs, which lead to a low load rate. For this reason, this model takes the maximization of load rate of vehicles as its optimization goal, establishes the integer linear programming model and uses heuristic algorithms to solve the model. In this way, the distribution center can find satisfactory cargo load solutions as soon as possible, so as to improve the vehicle loading rate. According to the load rate, three matching principle was designed, and the concept of joint distribution radius was also proposed. Thus the satisfaction level of the customer to the tobacco distribution is effectively promoted and the total cost is also reduced.
