鞋用胶中正己烷及其异构体的气相色谱-质谱法检测

摘　　要：以十一烷为内标物，利用GC—MS（气相色谱-质谱联用仪）建立了鞋用胶中正己烷及其异构体含量的测定方法。研究结果表明：各标准样品在4-320μg／mL范围内呈良好的线性关系，其线性相关系数〉0．9990，平均加标回收率为90．65％～102．21％，相对标准偏差（RSD）为0．91％-3．92％；该方法具有重现性好、灵敏度高等优点，在部分市售鞋用胶中进行验证试验时，所得结果令人满意。With undevane as internal standard substance,a method for lesting n-hexane and its isomer countents in shoe glue was established by GC-MS（gas chromatography-mass speelrometry）. The research restlts showed lhal the various standard sample had good linear relationship within 4-320 μg/mL,and their linear correlation eoeffieienls were above 0.999 0,the average recovery was 90.65%-102.21% ,lhe relalive standard devialion （RSD） was 0.91%-3.92%. This method has some advantages such as good reproducibility and higher sensitivity ,so line resuhs of verification lesls were satisfaetory in eommereially available parl shoe glues.
