摘 要:以锯片的实际锯切工况为背景,为适应不同成分钢材工件的锯切要求,选取无涂层硬质合金齿圆锯片以及分别涂覆有TiAlN和AlCrN的涂层硬质合金齿圆锯片作为研究对象,对三种锯片锯切试验的结果进行分析。分析结果表明:涂层硬质合金锯片可使锯片的锯切能力显著提升,使用寿命进一步提高;而且AlCrN涂层比TiAlN涂层更适合锯切难加工金属材料,从而为刀具涂层技术在锯切领域的应用奠定了基础。The research background is based on the actual working condition of the saw blade. In order to adapt to cutting requirements with different components steels, this test selects the cemented carbide saw blade without coating and two kinds of coating with TiA1N and A1CrN as research objects. Analyze the effect of sawing with two kinds of coating saw blade. The analysis results show that coating cemented carbide saw blade can make the saw blade cutting ability significant- ly increased, the life of saw blade can be also extend. The A1CrN coating is more suitable for cutting difficult - to - cut me- tallic material than TiAIN coating. This study will lay the root for the application and optimization of tool coating technology with saw cutting field.
