摘  要:射线源膨胀鼓是当油浸冷却式射线源源内绝缘油遇到温度变化产生热胀冷缩时,保证源内绝缘油保持充满、无空隙状态的重要部件。由于膨胀鼓容积需与射线源油量息息相关,为解决每次在设计新型射线源时均需重新设计膨胀鼓的问题,基于三维设计软件Pro/E,使用其族表功能,建立了对应不同型号射线源的膨胀鼓标准件库。该方法简单实用,可对库内文件进行有效的管理和配置,对于提高膨胀鼓、乃至整个射线源的设计水平和设计效率都十分有效。X- ray source expansion drum is an important part that guarantees the oil -immersed cooling ray source be full of the insulating oil and there is no gap in it when oil thermal expansion and contraction occur because of oil temper- ature change. The expansion drum must be designed repeatedly every time a new style of X - ray source is designed, be- cause the capacity of the expansion drum has a significant influence on the oil quantity of X '- ray source. In order to solve the problem, a standard parts library of the expansion drum was established in the 3D design software Pro/E by using its family table function according to different types of X - ray sources. This method is simple and practical and it can make the files management and configuration of the database effective. And furthermore, it has a good effect on the design level and design efficiency for the expansion drum and the whole X -ray source.
