摘　　要：30m长芯棒是宝钢寸φ140mm连轧管机组的主要工具。介绍了该芯棒坯的研制情况,包括芯棒钢的装炉、初轧、连轧、锯切、冷却退火及吊装运输等。检验结果表明,研制的芯棒坯质量和寿命与进口芯棒坯相当。30m-long mandrel is the basic tool for 140mm mandrel mill in Baoshan. The development of the mandrel blank is described including heating, roughing rolling, continuous rolling, cooling, annealing and handling of the steel for the blank. The inspecting result shows that the quality and life of the newly-developed mandrel blank are as the same as thai of the imported one.
