摘　　要：对中国企业对非洲直接投资的分布、模式与发展趋势的研究表明,中国企业对非洲直接投资进入了以互利共赢为目的的快速增长阶段:投资流量规模不断增加;投资地域以资源丰富、政局稳定的地区为主;投资的行业主要集中于采矿业、金融业、制造业和建筑业;投资模式主要以安哥拉模式、合资合作、绿地投资、境外经贸合作区及承包工程带动投资等为主。中国对非洲直接投资的规模将持续扩大,投资地域将进一步扩张,投资行业将进一步拓展,投资模式多样化趋势将继续增强,投资主体将呈多元化趋势。Based on related data, the researches of the direct investment distribution, mode and future trends o! Chinese enterprises＇ investment to Africa show that Chinese enterprises＇ investment to Africa have entered into a fast growth stage for the purpose of mutual benefit and win-win, which show the following characteristics. The investment flow scale is increasing. The investment region mainly includes the districts that are rich in resources and have stable politic situation.The investment industry mainly concentrates in the mining industry, the financial industry, manufacturing industry and the construction industry. The Angola model, joint venture, greenfield investment, overseas economic and trade cooperation zone and contracted projects are the mainly modes that are taken by Chinese enterprise. The scale of Chinese direct investment to Africa would continue to expand. The investment region would further expand. The investment industry would further extend. The investment modes diversification trend would continue to increase. And the investors would develop into a diversified trend.
