摘　　要：目的观察细胞凋亡因子(Caspase)3、9表达水平在胎膜早破产妇中的作用。方法对我院10例胎膜早破产妇进行Caspase 3、9免疫组化S-P法检测,同时选取10例阴道分娩、10例剖宫产产妇进行对照。结果胎膜早破组Caspase 3、9表达水平明显高于其他两组(P<0.05)。Caspase 3、9主要表达于羊膜上皮细胞、绒毛膜滋养层细胞胞浆,少数表达于网状细胞和纤维细胞胞浆。光镜下胎膜早破组胎膜组织形态学改变明显,电镜下可见凋亡细胞。结论 Caspase 3、9水平在胎膜早破产妇中显著增高,可能在加速胎膜细胞凋亡的同时减少了细胞基质的产生,能够加速胎膜的破裂。Objective To observe the role of the expression of apoptosis factor Caspase 3, 9 in premature rupture of fetal membranes. Methods The Caspase 3, 9 expression levels of 1O puerperants with premature rupture of fetal membrane were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. The results were compared with those of 10 cases of vaginal delivery, 10 cases of cesarean section. Results The Caspase 3, 9 expression levels in premature rup- ture of fetal membrane group were significantly higher than other two groups （P〈0.05）. Caspase 3, 9 were mainly ex- pressed in anmiofic epithelial cells, human chorionic trophoblast cell cytoplasm, and a few were expressed in the retic- ular cells and fiber cell cytoplasm. The morphological changes of fetal membranes in premature rupture of membranes group were significant. The apoptotic cells can be seen under electron microscopy. Conclusion Caspase 3, 9 levels are significantly higher in premature rupture of fetal membranes, which may accelcrate the apoptosis of membranes and reduce the incidence of cell matrix, and then accelerate the rupture of fetal membranes.
