低剂量米非司酮联合女金片治疗围绝经期功血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察低剂量米非司酮联合女金片治疗围绝经期功血的疗效。方法选取2010年2月至2012年2月间在我院妇科接受诊断及治疗的围绝经期功血患者64例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组32例。对照组患者仅给予低剂量米非司酮单独治疗,观察组患者则给予低剂量米非司酮联合女金片治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后雌激素(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)以及孕激素(P)等性激素水平的变化,以及治疗前后子宫内膜厚度和止血时间。结果两组患者治疗后血清E2、LH及P水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后血清E2、LH及P水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且其子宫内膜厚度平均为(0.7±0.2)cm,明显小于对照组的(1.1±0.3)cm(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后止血时间为(32.8±5.9)h,显著低于对照组的(44.7±6.6)h(P<0.05)。结论低剂量米非司酮联合女金片治疗围绝经期功血的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of low-dose Mifepristone combined with Nvjin Tablet for treating perimenopause dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Sixty-four patients with perimenopause dysfunctional uter- ine bleeding were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each with 32 cases. The pa- tients of the observation group were given low-dose Mifepristone combined with Nvjin Tablet, while the patients of the con- trol group were given low-dose mifepristone only. The levels of estrogen （E2）, luteinizing hormone （LH） and progesterone （P） were investigated before and after treatment, as well as endometrial thickness and time of hemostasis. Results The levels of E2, LH and P after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）. The endomelrial thickness of the ob- servation group atter treatment was （0.7~0.2） era, which was significantly thinner than that of the control group [（ 1.1 ~0.3） cm], P〈0.05. The time of hemostasis of the observation group atter treatment was （32.8~5.9） h, significantly shorter than that of the control group [（44.7~6.6） h], P〈0.05. Conclusion The low-dose Mifepristone combined with Nvjin Tablet has a significant efficacy for treating perimenopause dysfunctional uterine bleeding, which is deserved promotion.
