摘　　要：针对数据链通信系统的功能，在基于模糊理论与层次分析法（AHP）的基础上，构建了数据链通信系统作战效能评估指标体系，实现了对数据链通信系统效能的定量评估，分析结果验证了方法的有效性。According to the functions of the data link communication system, and based on the fuzzy theory and the Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP）, an effectiveness evaluation index system of the data link communication system is established. And the quantitative evaluation on the effectiveness of the data link communication system is realized. The analysis results validate the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method.
