摘 要:高层建筑结构由于其重要性和复杂性,其抗震性能备受关注。以往的抗震设计方法主要针对结构正常使用状态,然其生命周期内的抗震性能是随时间变化的。考虑实际结构抗力及荷载随时间的变化,应发展一种基于时变性能的结构抗震设计方法。结构抗力的时变性考虑混凝土构件因碳化腐蚀等影响而引起的强度和刚度的退化。按照等超越概率准则,结构所承受的地震作用是随后续使用年限的减少而减少的。采用表达抗力与承载力之间关系的功能函数对结构时变抗震性能进行评估。本文以某高层建筑结构中剪力墙构件为实例阐述高层建筑结构的时变抗震性能。Full attention has been paid to the seismic performance of tall buildings for their importance and complex- ity. The seismic design method is based on the normally-used status of structures, while the seismic performance is time-dependent. Time-dependent performance based seismic design method should be developed to consider the time-dependent resistance and loadings. Firstly, the reducing of expected service life of the tall buildings was con- sidered, then the changes of the building resistance were also investigated. The time-dependent nature of the struc- tural resistance is due to the continuous deteriorating of concrete material. The criteria to evaluate the performance of a concrete component are the performance functions, which describe the relevance of the load to the resistance. The proposed method is finally applied to the concrete shear wall design of a tall building to illustrate its application and effectiveness.
