摘 要:哈尔滨市某建筑原为四层内框架砖砌体结构,根据使用功能要求,需新增2层。针对原房屋受建筑红线限制和原结构特点,提出了内嵌框架增层结构设计方法,实现了竖向荷载作用下,内嵌框架与原砌体上部结构分别受力,整体沉降一致;水平荷载作用下,内嵌框架与原砌体结构房屋协同工作,满足结构侧移限值要求。设计了桩基础、"几"字梁基础和梁式筏板基础3种新增基础方案,并对三种基础方案的可行性进行了对比分析。提出新增柱与原楼板的连接构造方法和避免新增框架柱将荷载传递给原基础的构造方法,通过后置钢筋混凝土电梯井实现竖向交通无障碍设计,可供同类结构改造参考。On the basis of functional requirement, a filur-story brick-c(mcrete structure needs to be added two stories. The project is controlled by the property line, thus the embedded frame system is proposed. Through the joint construc- tion of tile existing foundation and the new foundation, the respective load-carrying mode and the total settlement agree- ment of tile embedded frame and the existing masonry building under vertical loading have been realized. With the con- struetion measure to the new columns and original floors, the embedded frame and the existing masonry work cooperative- ly under horizontal hlading, and the structure lateral displacement requirement is satisfied. In order to carry the new load, three foundation schemes are proposed, namely the pile foundation, the '几'type beam foundation and the beam raft foundation. The feasibility of these schemes is analyzed, The joint construction measure of the embedded frame eolumn and the origin floor are proposed. A method to avoid passing load from new columns to original foundation is adopt- ed. The design method and construction measure of the post-buih reinforeed concrete elevator shaft is proposed. These can be served as reference for the retrofitting of similar buildings.
