摘　　要：目的:观察针刺治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将72例抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。治疗组采用针刺治疗,对照组给予盐酸氟西汀治疗,治疗前后采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行评分以观察疗效。结果:经4个疗程治疗后,治疗组临床疗效和HAMD评分与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗抑郁症疗效优于西药盐酸氟西汀,且是一种治疗抑郁症的有效方法。Aim：To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture on patients with depres-sion.Methods：A randomized controlled trial was designed.Patients meeting the including criteria were randomly allocated to two groups.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture once daily,the con-trol group was treated with Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Tablets.The Hamilton Depression Scale was used to score before and after treatment for the evaluation of the therapeutic effects.Results：After four treatment courses,both the comparisons of HAMD score and clinical effect between the two groups showed signifi-cant difference（P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion：The acupuncture is an effective method for treating depression.
