摘　　要：文章从回采技术、生产组织形式、劳动用工途径、管理模式等方面,详细介绍了黄沙坪矿业分公司56 m以上中段铅锌残留矿体回采及管理的实践经验,对老年矿山延续寿命、尽最大可能充分回收有限矿产资源具有一定参考价值。Based on mining technology, production organization, labor and employment pathways, management mode, this article describes the mining and management experience of lead and zinc residual orebody above the middle of 56m of Huangshaping mining company in detail, which provides a certain reference value for extending the life of the elder mine and making the greatest full recovery of mineral resources.
