1813例患者高压氧治疗适应证情况分析

摘　　要：目的：从2008年1月-2011年1月，有高压氧（HBo）适应证行HBO治疗疾病谱的统计，分析安徽省立医院高压氧舱目前的运行情况。方法：参照2004年中华医学会HBO医学分会颁布的《中华医学会高压氧分会痰病谱》，回顾性分析3年来有适应证行HBO治疗患者的疾病种类、构成比及排序，统计治疗次数、年龄。结果：3年来，列入统计的总病例数1813例，所治疗疾病与五官科、急诊科、神经内外科、骨科关系密切，HBO治疗的惠症116例，占统计总病例数的7．58％：危重症76例，占4．96％，接受HBO治疗最长200次，年龄1~86岁。结论：通过这次统计分析，肯定了安徽省立医院以往HBO治疗取得的成绩，但仍需不断完善，更好地利用高压氧舱为病人服务。Objective：From January 2008 to January 2011 ,Analysis of the operation of the hyperbaric oxygen chamber at Anhui Provincial Hospitalwas made. Methods：According to the Chinese Medical Association branch of HBO medicine in 2004 promulgated the Chinese Medical Association Branch of hyperbaric oxygen spectrum of dis- ease,there are a retrospective analysis of the category, constituent ratio and sorting of the patients who were treated with HBO, Statisticaling number of treatment, and age. Results：there are a close relationship of Ent, emergency de- partment, neurology and Neurosurgery, Department of orthopedics in 3 years reached 1813. 116 cases of emergency patients, accounting for 7.58% of the total number of cases; 76 cases of critically ill patients, accounted for 4.96%. The longest time is 200, the minimum age of I years, the maximum age of 86 years. Conclusion：Through the analysis of the statistics, the HBO treatment in Anhui Provincial Hospital has been confirmed and improvement should be made to better services for patients with hyperbaric oxygen.
