摘  要:目的:探讨静脉输液微粒来源、危害和控制措施。方法:通过查阅文献资料,结合临床工作经验,分析影响输液微粒的各种影响因素及控制措施。结果:通过环境控制,合理选用输液器具,严格审方,正确配药等,从细节出发,有效地控制了输液微粒。结论:通过有效措施可将输液微粒减少到最低限度,确保患者用药安全有效。Objective:To fectively control the infusion tors that affect the infusion analyze the particle sources particles. Methods:Through and hazards of intravenous fluids, and take measures to ef- literature and clinical experience, analyzed the various fac- particles. Results:through the control of the environment, a reasonable choice infusion, critical review of the recipe, correct dispensing, details, attention to detail, the infusion particles were effectively con- trolled. Conclusions:through effective measures, the infusion particles were reduced to a minimum to ensure patient safety medication.
