摘　　要：中国特色社会主义"三个自信"的时代命题之中,理论自信是自信的灵魂所在。新的历史条件下,坚定中国特色社会主义理论自信,就是要排除各种错误思想理论的干扰,既不走封闭僵化的老路,也不走改旗易帜的邪路,坚定不移地走中国特色社会主义道路,并对实现中国梦充满自信。中国共产党的理论自觉是理论自信和实现中国梦的前提;中国特色社会主义理论的成熟是理论自信和实现中国梦的支撑;改革开放的成功实践是理论自信和实现中国梦的基础;人民群众的高度认同是理论自信和实现中国梦的根本力量源泉;国际社会对"中国理论"和"中国梦"的空前关注是理论自信和实现中国梦的外在动力。The report of eighteenth congress puts forward the era propositions of road confidence, theory confidence and system confidence. It is particularly important to clarify the relations of ＂three confidence＂ for firming socialism with Chinese characteristic. Among the ＂three confidence＂ , theory confidence should be the most fundamental and the soul of the self - confidence. Under the new historical conditions, we require to grasp it from the following five dimensions ： the theory consciousness of history formation of the communist party of China is the basic premise of theory confidence ; the quite mature theory is the important supporting of theory confidence; the successful practice of more than 30 years of reform and opening up is the solid foundation of theory confidence; highly accepted by the masses of the people is the essence force of theory confidence and international community＇ s unprecedented attention to ＂China theory＂ is the external conditions.
