摘 要:运用三维软件和逆向建模技术相结合的方法,进行车身设计与优化,大大缩短了汽车设计制造周期。研究了汽车车身的逆向建模技术,通过光学扫描仪测量获取某国产汽车表面的云状数据,利用Geomagic软件对测量数据进行处理,并基于NURBS曲面造型对车身表面优化重构,最后在UG中完成了车身的曲面建模和分析。Auto body, as one of the four auto assemblies, always is the difficult one in the design and manufacture of a vehicle due to the complexity and particularity of its shape and structure. Using the combination of three-dimensional software and reverse modeling method to design and optimize auto body can greatly reduce the automobile design and manufacturing cycle. Firstly, the reverse modeling technology of a auto body is studied. Secondly, surface cloud data of a car made in China are measured and obtained using an optical scanner. Then, the measured data are processed using Geomagic software, and the auto body surface is reconstructed based on NURBS surface modeling. Finally, the surface modeling and analysis of auto body are conducted in software UG. The research is prepared for the subsequent structure optimization design of the auto body.
