心血管疾病治疗中的中药注射剂处方点评与案例分析

摘　　要：目的:对心血管疾病治疗方案中的不合理中药注射剂处方进行点评与分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:根据药品说明书和《中药注射剂临床使用基本原则》的要求,对5例典型的中药注射剂处方进行点评与解析。结果:在治疗心血管疾病过程中,中药注射剂不合理使用的问题主要集中在配伍禁忌、溶媒不适宜和适应证不适宜等方面。结论:药师应加强对中药注射剂的审核点评,同时采取积极有效的干预措施,以促使中药注射剂在治疗心血管疾病方面的应用更加安全、合理、有效。Objective：To review irrational prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine injection in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, and provide reference for rational drug use. Methods：Five prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine injection were reviewed and analyzed according to drug instructions and Basic Principles of Clinical Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection. Results：The irrational uses of traditional Chinese medicine injection in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases were as follows： incompatibility, inaptitude solvent, inaptitude indication, etc. Conclusion： Pharmacists should enhance the prescription examination of traditional Chinese medicine injection and provide effective intervention in order to promote the safe, rational and effective use of traditional Chinese medicine injection for cardiovascular diseases.
