摘  要:乌参1井是在准噶尔盆地乌伦古坳陷部署的一口重点参数井,完钻井深6323.60m。该井三开裸眼段长,砂泥互层,煤层发育,钻井液体积多,井壁稳定及钻井液维护处理难度大。通过使用"多元协同"防塌钻井液体系,施工中采用合理钻井液密度支撑-双重封堵防塌-多元强化抑制技术,保证了长裸眼井段的井壁稳定,特别是煤层段的井壁稳定,满足了三开钻进的要求,并取得了一定的勘探成果。该井的钻探成功为深化研究乌伦古地区成藏条件及下步勘探部署提供了基础资料。Wucan 1 well was located in Wulungu depression in Junggar Basin,It was an important parameter well,and the total depth was 6323.60m,The open well was very long,sandstone and conglomerate were interbeded;coal bed was development,and the volume of drilling fluid was very large in the second interval,so the difficulty of wellbore stability and maintenance and handling drilling fluid were great.After applicationg synergistic anti-cave drilling System and taking the measures of rational density supporting,double agent sealing and many agent inhibitiving,the third interval was finished successfully and good explorationg result was achieved.The successful drilling provided basic data to further research of the Wulungu depression.
