摘  要:低温集输处理技术研究的目的就是设法降低原油处理过程中的温度,在免加热或微加热的条件下,达到正常的脱水效果。风城油田乌尔禾区块来液平均含水达65%,夏子街区块来液平均含水达80%,通过室内实验分析,来液混合后原油的密度和粘度有了明显的降低,低温脱水具备了一定的物性条件,2010年6月进行了不加热脱水试验,一段脱水温度由原平均45℃降为常温25℃,二段处理温度由70℃降低至60℃,实现了低温脱水,既简化了集输工艺、减少原油挥发、节约了成本,同时细菌的繁殖力减弱,系统结垢趋势减缓,对水质的稳定有利。实行低温脱水后,年节约成本282.24万元。Low temperature crude oil processing technology research is to try to reduce the oil temperature,In not heating or heating condition,achieve the dehydration effect of normal.Fengcheng oilfield Wuerhe liquid average water reached 65%,Xiazijie liquid average water up to 80%,Through experimental analysis,the density and viscosity of crude oil to the mixed liquid are significantly decreased,Low temperature dehydration with certain conditions,are not heating dehydration test in 2010 June,A partial dehydration temperature from 45℃ to average temperature 25℃,the two part processing temperature is reduced from 70℃ to 60℃,The lowtemperature dehydration,which can simplify the crude process,reduce the volatilization,saving the cost of crude oil,At the same time,bacterial fecundity decreased,scaling tendency of slow,favorable to the stability of water quality.The low temperature after dehydration,the annual cost savings of 282.24 Million yuan.
