金属密封油管头在热采井口装置中的应用

摘　　要：针对新疆油田现役稠油热采井口装置的油管悬挂方式和密封机构上给后期的维护和保养带来的诸多不便,我们设计了金属密封油管头装置,并在热采井口装置得到应用。该装置密封可靠,能够适应新疆油田地区高温、高压的热采工况,并且在后期的维护、保养过程中能够实施有效的井控,也能够满足实施带压作业的要求。In the light of inconvenienc of later maintenance uhich is caused by suspension pattern and sealing mechanism of trbing wellhead for oil themal recovery in Xinjiang oilfield,we design the tubing head metal seal, which has been applied in thermal wellhead equipment.The device is reliable in sealing,which is able to adapt to the conditions of high temperature,high pressure hot area of Xinjiang oil field,and in the latter part of the maintenance,with effective well control,it also con meet the requirements of the implementation of operation under pressure.
