摘　　要：环境污染问题,是我国改革发展中的一项重要课题,也是责任保险的重要领域。本文以珠三角环境责任风险为实例,认真分析了环境污染的主要表现,阐述了环境责任保险的功能和面临的困境,提出了发展环境责任保险有效对策,对加强环境责任保险,推进二型社会建设有着良好的指导意义。Environmental pollution is an important subject in the development of China＇ s reform as well as an important field of liability insurance. Exemplified with the environment liability risk in Pearl River Delta, the major representation of environmental pollution in our country are seriously analyzed, the function of environmen- tal liability insurance and the difficulties it is facing with are detailedly described, and the effective countermeas- ures for the development of environmental liability insurance are put forward, which are of guiding significance for strengthening the environmental liability insurance and promoting the construction of resource - economical and environment- friendly society.
