摘　　要：简要介绍了可靠性强化试验的基本原理,阐述了可靠性强化试验与传统可靠性试验相比之下的优势,通过可靠性强化试验在某机载电子产品中的实施案例,阐述了可靠性强化试验的具体实施方法,论证了可靠性强化试验的优越性,以及可实现机载电子产品的高可靠性设计。The basic advantages of the testi principles of reliability enhancement testing are briefly introduced. The ng compared with traditional reliability tests are described. The detailed implementation of reliability enhancement testing is illustrated with an example of airborne electronic equipment, and the excellence of reliability enhancement testing and its validity in the design of high reliability electronics are demonstrated.
