摘　　要：根据软件测评项目的管理要求,包括测试过程和项目管理要求,第三方测评机构开展的军用软件第三方测试、定制测评的工作实际,提出软件测评项目的实施过程中,军事代表机构如何参与软件测评项目质量监督工作的一些建议。Based on the management requirements of software testing projects, including testing process and project management requirements, combined with the practical working experience of software testing organization in the third-party testing, some recommendations on how the Military Representative Office take part in the process management of supervising the software testing quality are made.
