掌侧解剖型锁定钢板治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨掌侧解剖型锁定钢板治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法2010年1月-2012年7月，应用掌侧解剖型锁定钢板系统治疗32例不稳定型桡骨远端骨折患者。术后进行随访，观察手术治疗效果。结果32例患者均得到随访，随访时间为8～18个月（平均12．5个月），腕关节功能根据Garland与Werley评分标准，优10例，良18例，可3例，差1例。优良率87．5％。结论使用掌侧解剖型锁定钢板治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折疗效满意，个体化的康复指导仍十分重要。Objective To observe the clinical outcome of the volar anatomical locking plate in fixation of unstable distal radius fractures. Methods From January 2010 to July 2012, 32 cases with unstable distal radius fractures were treated by volar anatomical locking plate. Follow- up after operation was performed to observing the effect of operation treatment. Results All patients were followed up for an average of 12.5 months（range from 8- 18 months）. According to Garland and Werley to assess wrist joints function, excellent was in 10 cases, good was in 18 cases, ordinary was in 3 ease, bad in 1 case, and with an excellent to good rate of 87.5%. Conclusion Volar anatomical locking plate fixation is effective for the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures, and rehabilitation guidance of individual is also very important.
