摘　　要：目的对基层医院起搏器植入及随访情况进行分析,了解基层医院目前起搏器植入情况,强调术后随访的必要性。方法回顾性分析268例埋藏式心脏起搏器患者的临床资料及随访资料。结果①有适应证患者植入起搏器后,临床症状明显缓解;②基层医院以植入单腔VVI起搏器为主,占46.27%;③发生并发症26例,占9.70%。术后囊袋渗血2例,起搏器电极脱位3例,起搏器综合征10例,囊袋感染1例,术后发热1例,电池提前耗竭5例,死亡4例。结论对符合起搏器植入指征的患者积极行起搏器植入以减轻患者临床症状;基层医院应增加生理性起搏器应用;加强随访,严防起搏器植入并发症发生并及时处理各种并发症。Objective To investigate the clinical features of patients after pacemakers implantation in basic hospital; understand the status of pacemaker implantation in primary hospital at present; emphasize the necessity of postoperative follow- up. Methods A retrospective analysis of 268 cases of cardiac pacemaker buried based on the clinical data and follow- up data. Results The clinical symptoms were relieved after pacemakers implantation. Single chamber pacemakers were implanted in basic hospital, accounted for 46.27%, Complications occurred in 26 cases, accounting for 9.70%, included pocket bleeding in 2 cases, pacemaker lead dislocation in 3 cases, pacemaker syndrome in 10 cases, pocket infection in 1 case, postoperative fever in 1 case, premature battery depletion in 5 cases, 4 cases of death. Conclusions To meet the pacemaker indication for pacemaker implantation in patients with positive to relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients. Grass- roots hospital should increase physiological pacemaker applications. Strengthening the follow- up to prevent the complications of pacemaker implantation and timely treatment of complications.
