摘 要:目的建立家兔肺爆震伤模型,探讨早期主要死亡原因。方法 40只家兔按致伤距离(d)随机分为7组:1个正常无致伤对照组(a),6个肺爆震伤模型组(b、c、d、e、f、g),按不同致伤距离(d)分组。伤后观察家兔生命体征、肺含水量及死亡率等指标。结果致死距离为12cm无救治早期死亡率为100%,常规救治后能够存活时间超过3h。结论呼吸衰竭是动物早期死亡的主要原因。d=12cm组能够模拟胸部爆震伤的疾病特点,重复性好。Objective To establish an animal model with blast lung injury in rabbits and to analyze the causes of early death. Methods According to the distance (d)between the explosive resource and the animal, 42rabbits were divided into seven groups randomly, they are six injury groups with general treatment(b,c, d,e,f,g) and a control group without injuries(a). Then the survival time, ratio of lung water(RLW%)were monitored and routine pathological examination was conducted. Results When the distance was 12cm, the early death rate was 100 % without any treatment but With the regular treatment the animals could survive beyond 3h on average. Conclusion This experiment suggests that acute respiratory dysfunction or failure are the main causes of early death, when the distance was 12cm, ,can be used as the model group of the explosive thoracic injury. It can be repeated Well and can imitate the Wound characteristics of the explosive thoracic injury.
