摘 要:采用电化学石英晶振阻抗分析法研究了金电极上去甲肾上腺素(NA)循环伏安电氧化形成聚合膜的过程,分别考察了溶液pH值、单体浓度及电位扫描速度的影响。结果表明,在去甲肾上腺素浓度高于2×10-4mol·L-1和溶液pH≥4.49的条件下,去甲肾上腺素氧化产物去甲肾上腺素醌的分子内环化反应迅速发生,环化产物的进一步氧化会在金电极表面沉积导电性较差的聚合物。结合红外光谱研究,提出了可能的聚合机理。Polymer growth at an Au electrode during cyclic voltammetric oxidation of noradrenaline (NA) in aqueous solution was investigated as a function of monomer concentration, pH value and poten- tial-sweep rate using an electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM) method. When the NA concentration and pH value were not less than 2×10^-4mol·L^-1 and 4.49, respectively, the intramo- leeular cyclization reaction of the NA oxidation product occurred rapidly and the further oxidation of the reaction product led to polymer growth at the Au electrode. With FTIR characterization of the polymer, polymerization mechanism was proposed and discussed.
