Effect of Sewage Sludge Compost on Heavy Metal Absorption and Pollution Evaluation in Imazethapyr Contaminated Soil

摘  要:采用盆栽试验的方法,研究不同比例的城市污泥堆肥(0%,2%,4%,8%)施入到被咪唑乙烟酸污染的土壤后,对大豆和土壤的影响。结果表明,施用污泥堆肥可促使土壤pH值、土壤酶活性及咪唑乙烟酸的降解率均有所提高。对土壤酶活性、土壤理化性质和咪唑乙烟酸降解率进行相关性分析,结果表明,土壤酶活性与土壤理化性质和咪唑乙烟酸降解率均呈现较好的相关性,说明土壤酶活性可以表征土壤肥力状况及降解情况。污泥堆肥增加了土壤和大豆籽粒中的重金属含量,当堆肥施用量为8%时,土壤中Cd的含量超标,大豆籽粒中Cd和Pb含量超标,对土壤及大豆种子造成污染。Using a pot experiment, the different dosages of city sewage sludge compost (0%, 20%, 4%, 8%) were taken into the soil contaminated by imazethapyr, its impacts on soybean seed and soil were studied. The results showed that sewage sludge compost could make the soil pH, soil physical-chemical properties, the soil enzyme activity and degradation rate of imazethapyr improved. By correlation analysis, it showed that soil enzyme activity and soil physical-chemical properties and degradation rate of imazethapyr were showing good correlation, soil enzyme activity could be characterized condition and degradation of soil fertility. Sew- age sludge compost also increased heavy metal content of soybean seeds and the soil, when applying compost content was 8 %, the content of Cd in soil, Cd and Pb content in soybean seeds exceeded standard and caused pollution in soil and soybean seeds.
