摘 要:以锯木灰、水稻灰、谷壳灰、玉米灰为研究对象,研究4种灰渣的颗粒组成、化学组成及吸水性能。结果表明:(1)4种灰渣的粒径分布存在差异,锯木灰中粒径主要分布在〈0.125mm粒径范围内,所占百分比为68.81%;谷壳灰、玉米灰、水稻灰粒径最多分布在0.125~0.25mm粒径范围内,分别为44.48%,38.13%,32.80%,4种灰渣的粒径主要分布在〈0.1mm的粒径范围内,均超过了80%。(2)4种灰渣中K含量明显高于其他化学组成,尤其以水稻灰中K含量最高,达87.28g/kg;锯木灰的P、Mg、Ca、Fe、Mn、Cu含量最高,比其他3种灰渣高2~3倍;除K外,谷壳灰、玉米灰、水稻灰各化学组成的含量相似,平均值大小为Fe〉Mg〉P〉Mn,而Zn、Ca、Cu在该3种灰渣中含量很低,均低于0.2g/kg。(3)4种灰渣的吸水率和含水量不同,其中锯木灰的最大持水量最高,为368.41%;玉米灰的最大持水量最低,为198.73%。Choosing sawn wood ash, rice ash, rice husk ash and maize ash as the research object, the particle composition, chemical composition and water absorption capacity of four kinds of ash were studied. The re sults showed that. (1)Four kinds of ash were differences in particle size distribution, the particle size of sawn wood ash mainly distributed in the (0. 125 mm size range and it accounted for 68.81%, that of rice husk ash, maize ash and rice ash most distributed in the range of 0. 125~0.25 ram and they accounted for 44.48%, 38.13%, 32.80% respectively. But the particle size of four kinds of ash mainly distributed in the (0.1 mm and it accounted for more than 80%. (2)The content of K in the four kinds ash was significantly higher than other chemical composition, particularly in the K-containing ash of rice topped 87.28 g/kg. Com- pared to other three kinds of ash, the content of P, Mg, Ca, Fe, Mn, Cu of sawn wood ash was higher than 2 to 3 times. Except for K, the content of other chemical composition of the rice husk ash, maize ash and rice ash was similar, the average size was Fe 〉Mg 〉P 〉Mn, and the content of Zn, Ca, Cu in the three kinds of ash was very low and the content was lower than 0.2 g/kg. (3)The water content and water absorption of four kinds ash was different, wood saw had the highest maximum moisture capacity which was 368.41%, while maize ash had the lowest maximum moisture capacity which was 198.73%.
