摘  要:为深入探明豇豆的营养元素需求特征,利用营养液培养方法研究豇豆对不同营养元素的吸收积累与分配规律。结果表明:豇豆不同生育期对氮、磷、钾3大养分要素的需求与积累是不同的,总体上看,豇豆对氮素需求最高,钾素次之,磷素最少,豇豆全生育期氮、磷、钾的吸收与积累量的比值为4.71∶1.52∶3.83;在豇豆4个主要生育期中,养分需求最多的时期在结荚初期,其次是结荚后期;豇豆不同器官对氮、磷需求与积累的排序为:叶片>荚果>茎>根;对钾素需求与积累的排序为:茎>荚果>叶片>根;豇豆植株中微量元素的需求与积累量排序为:Ca>Mg>Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu,其吸收与积累量的比值依次为29.4∶6∶1∶0.32∶0.02∶0.04;豇豆不同生育期对Ca、Mg、Zn和Cu元素需求与积累的排序为:结荚初期>结荚后期>伸蔓期>幼苗期;而对Fe和Mn元素需求与积累量排序为:伸蔓期>结荚初期>结荚后期>幼苗期。In order to deeply prove characteristics of nutrients demand of asparagus bean, through the nutri- ent solution culture test, the rule of accumulation and distribution of different nutritional elements of uptake of asparagus bean were studied. The results showed that the accumulation of N, P, K were different in the different growth stages of asparagus bean, the absorbed amount was N 〉K 〉P. The absorption and accu- mulation ratio of N, P, K was 4.71 : 1.52 : 3.83. In the four main growth period of asparagus bean, the pe- riod of the most nutrient needs was early in the pod, followed by the late pod. The sequence of nitrogen and phosphate demand and accumulation in the different organs of asparagus bean were leaf〉pod 〉stem root. The potassium demand and the accumulation sequence was stem 〉pod 〉leaf 〉root. The demand and the accumulation of trace elements in the asparagus bean plants sequence was Ca 〉Mg 〉Fe 〉Zn 〉Mn Cu, the absorption and accumulation ratio was 29.4 : 6 : 1 : 0.32 : 0.02 : 0.04. In different growth stages of asparagus bean, Ca, Mg, Zn and Cu demand and the accumulation were the same, its sequence was early pod 〉pod late 〉stretch vine 〉seedling stage. In different growth stages of asparagus bean, Fe and Mn ele- ments demand and accumulation sequence was stretch vine 〉early pod 〉pod late 〉seedling stage.
