摘 要:通过对比分析不同土地利用方式下表层土壤(0-20cm)及湖泊底泥中土壤有机碳、全氮、总磷、有效磷、碱解氮含量特征,结合不同季节对草海底泥土壤碳、氮、磷含量及分布影响,最终阐明人为干扰对土壤碳、氮、磷比变化的影响因子。结果表明:草海湿地各类土壤总有机碳和全氮含量的分布规律为:底泥>>沼泽草地>农用地>林地;碱解氮含量的分布规律为:底泥>>农用地>沼泽草地>林地;全磷和有效磷含量的分布规律为:农用地>底泥>沼泽草地>林地;草海底泥中总有机碳、全氮和碱解氮含量不同地理位置底泥中的含量具有明显差别,其分布规律基本一致,均为:S区>N区>E区,呈现距离岸边越远底泥中总有机碳(全氮、碱解氮)含量越高的趋势;土壤C/N、C/P、N/P比除受到各自比例元素的影响外,还受到土壤pH、容重等因子的调控。Through the comparative analysis of the surface soil under different land use patterns and the con- tents of soil organic carbon, soil total nitrogen, soil total phosphorus, soil available phosphorus, soil alkali solution nitrogen of lake sediment, andcombined with the effect of different seasons on soil carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus of sediment to explore the effect of human disturbance on soil carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus. The results indicated that: The order of distribution of soil total organic carbon and soil total nitrogen in Ca- ohai plateau wetland was sediment〉marsh grass soil〉agricultural land〉forest land. The order of distri- bution of soil alkali solution nitrogen was sediment〉agricultural land〉marsh grass soil〉forest land. The order of distribution of soil total phosphorus and soil available phosphorus was agricultural land〉sediment〉 marsh grass soil〉forest land. Soil total organic carbon, total nitrogen and alkali solution nitrogen had the obvious difference in different geographical position in sediment, but had the same distribution rule, S〉N〉 E. The content of soil total organic carbon and soil total nitrogen from the shore had a trend of increasing. Soil C/N,C/P,N/P were influenced by the respective proportion of elements, also regulated by soil pH, soil bulk density and other factors.
