摘  要:为了研究水稻抗白叶枯病材料CBB23受病原菌诱导后其叶片内与抗性相关物质发生的变化,选用抗水稻白叶枯病近等基因系CBB23及其感病轮回亲本JG30为材料,用白叶枯病菌PX099进行接种诱导,分析这2个品种接种后不同时间段叶片内抗氧化酶活性的变化,同时利用半定量RT-PCR技术分析OsPR1等防御基因的表达.结果表明,PX099能使CBB23的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈先升高后降低趋势,并且增加幅度大于JG30;CBB23的丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,增加幅度低于JG30;防御反应病程相关蛋白基因(OsPR1)、几丁质酶结合蛋白基因(OsPR4)和防御反应转录因子调控基因(OsMyb)的表达增加,表达强于JG30.总之,CBB23在PX099的诱导下抗氧化酶活性和防御基因表达均高于感病品种JG30,表明CBB23具有较大的抗病育种利用价值.In order to study the variation of bacterial blight resistance related materials in rice upon pathogen induction, seedlings of bacterial blight resistant near-isogenic line CBB23 and its susceptible recurrent parent JG30 were inoculated with Xanthmonas oryzae pv. oryzae strain PX099. The influence of pathogen induction on the antioxidant enzyme activities was measured and the expression of some defense genes analyzed by RT-PCR. The results showed that the PX099 inoculation first increased then decreased the SOD, POD and CAT activities of CBB23, with the degree of increase greater than that in JG30; MDA contents were also increased in CBB23 with the degree of increase lower than that in JG30; CBB23 showed higher expression of defense genes than JG30, including Oryza sativa pathogenesis-related gene (OsPR1), Oryza sativa endochitinase gene (OsPR4) and Oryza sativa defense-related transcription factor control gene (OsMyb). In general, the disease resistance ability of CBB23 to PX099 is significantly stronger than that of susceptible cultivar JG30, which is conductive to the application of CBB23.
