摘　　要：指出开放获取(OA)活动比如OA出版、OA资源组织与保存、OA平台共用,在OA社会网络中存在多种强关系。采用定性分析与模型分析方法,解析如何利用OA社会网络中的强关系来推进OA出版、OA资源组织与保存、OA平台共用中的合作行为,得到4个主要研究命题及其相关子命题。The activities of open access （OA） such as OA publishing, organization and preservation of OA resources, and sharing of OA platforms exist various strong ties in OA social networks. By adopting methods of qualitative analysis and model analysis, this paper analyzes how to advance cooperative actions in OA publishing, organization and preservation of OA resources, and sharing of OA platforms by taking advantage of strong ties in OA social networks, and draws four main research propositions and their relevant sub propositions.
