摘  要:动脉粥样硬化从脂质条纹的形成到更复杂的病变和斑块破裂的进程是由多种不同类型的细胞和细胞因子网络共同参与作用的,其中最主要的是Th17细胞和Treg细胞及它们分泌的细胞因子。大量研究显示,Th17细胞对动脉粥样硬化的作用仍存在争议,但大部分研究仍认为其具有促动脉粥样硬化的作用。Treg细胞具有抗动脉粥样硬化的作用,Th17/Treg平衡对动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展具有重要的调节作用。本文将对Th17细胞、Treg细胞的生物学特性以及Th17细胞、Treg细胞和Th17/Treg平衡对动脉粥样硬化影响的最新研究进展做一综述。The progression of atherosclerosis from fatty streaks to more complex lesions and plaque rupture involves many different cell types and cytokine networks, the most significant among which is Treg cells and Th17 cells, and various cytokines secreted by these two cells. Although the role of Th17 cells in atherosclerosis is still controversial, most of these studies have demonstrated that Th17 cell has the role of proatherosclerosis. By contrast, Treg cells play a protective role in atherosclerosis. Further, the balance between Th17 and Treg cells is important in the development of atherosclerosis. In this review, we focused on the latest research progress of the biological characteristics of Th17 cells and Treg cells, as well as the influence of Th17 cells, Treg cells and the balance of these two types of cells on atherosclerosis.
