摘  要:针对无杆泵采油系统,设计一种机械式液力自动清蜡装置,该清蜡装置在流体压差作用下实现液力自动清蜡。其主要由刮蜡主体和换向主体构成,刮蜡主体将整个清蜡过程分成3次分层分级清蜡,换向主体使清蜡装置在油管内上下往复运动。对清蜡装置换向胶筒的工作性能及锁紧机构和复位机构进行数值模拟及实验研究。结果验证了该新型液力清蜡装置应用于现场实际的可行性。An automatic mechanic hydraulic wax-scraping de vice combined of main scraping body and direction-reversing mecha nism is designed for oil extraction system with rodless pump. This device would be pushed upward by the differential pressure caused by the inside flowing medium and dropped by switching its direc tion-reversing mechanism when reaching to its top limit level, which then forms its movement of upward and downward in vertical pipe. A typical scraping process includes three times of moving upward, each of which may sequentially form a scrape of wax layer closer to pipe wall. Some numerical simulation and experiments on working performance of the direction-reversing rubber tube and lockup and reset mechanisms indicates the design of this new type of wax-scrap ing device is highly feasible for field.
