摘  要:针对中小型液压试验台比例溢流阀开环加载易受流量影响,以及作为压力阀不能实现流量加载的缺陷,提出了闭环加载控制策略,不仅实现比例溢流阀压力加载的精确性,而且实现了比例溢流阀流量加载,拓展了比例溢流阀的应用范围,同时也增加了实验研究所需的负载类型。为实现动力源特性、电液控制算法、机电液耦合特性等方面的研究提供了接近实际工况的模拟加载技术。Used in the small and medium-sized hydraulic test bench, the loading simulation system based on open-loop control of proportional relief valve is susceptible to be influenced by the flow and the defect that the proportional relief valve cant realize the flow loading, in this point, put forward the control strategies of the closed-loop load to achieve not only the precise loading of the pro portional relief valve through the pressure closed loop, but also a chieve the flow loading which expand the application range of the proportional relief valve, moreover increasing the load type that needed in the experimental research. Provided the loading simula- tion technology that closed the actual working conditions to study the power source characteristics, the control algorithm and the coupling of electro-hydraulic properties etc.
