摘  要:再生保温混凝土是采用再生粗骨料、保温轻骨料玻化微珠配制而成的新型混凝土材料。为了研究不同比例的再生粗骨料对再生保温混凝土力学性能的影响,设计了5种不同再生粗骨料的配合比进行试验,对其结果进行对比,分析再生粗骨料取代率对其抗压和抗折性能的定量规律影响。试验结果表明:再生粗骨料的不同取代率对其抗压和抗折强度的影响很大,当再生粗骨料的取代率为30%时,再生保温混凝土和普通混凝土的抗压和抗折强度接近。Recycled aggregate thermal insulation concrete is a new kind of concrete material which adopts recycled coarse aggregate and thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete.In order to study the influence of different proportions of recycled coarse aggregates on the mechanical property of recycled aggregate thermal insulation concrete, five kinds of test are designed depending on the different proportion of recycled coarse aggregates.By comparing with the test result, the influence degree of recycled coarse aggregates on compressive proper- ty and flexural property can be analyzed.It indicates that the proportion of recycled coarse aggregates has great effect on compressive prop- erty and flexural property, which is approach to the effect of natural concrete, when the replacement of recycled coarse aggregate is 30%.
