摘 要:研究了由超细矿粉、高活性硅粉和高性能改性剂配制成的增强型矿物掺合料对水泥水化热、水化产物的影响,以及对轨枕混凝土抗压强度、抗冻性、电通量和干缩率的影响,结果表明:掺入5%和10%增强型矿物掺合料促进了水泥水化,提高了水化产物的结晶度,使轨枕混凝土蒸养12 h的抗压强度分别提高14.3%和21.4%,后期强度稳定增长;掺增强型矿物掺合料降低了轨枕混凝土电通量,提高了混凝土抗氯离子渗透性和抗冻性;掺5%和10%增强型矿物掺合料的轨枕混凝土的28 d干燥收缩率分别降低了20%和33%。The effect of enhanced mineral admixtures compounded by superfine mineral powder, high-activity silica fume and high per- formance modifier on hydration heat and hydration products of cement were studied and the influence of enhanced mineral admixtures on compressive strength, resistance of freezing-thaw, electric flux and shrinkage of sleeper concrete were demonstrated.The results showed that:the addition of enhanced mineral admixtures 5% and 10% content promoted cement hydration and improved the crystallinity of the hydration products.With the replacement of enhanced mineral admixtures, the compressive strength of sleeper concrete steam cured 12 h increased 14.3% and 21.4% respectively.The later strength grew steadily.The incorporation of enhanced mineral admixtures could reduce the electric flux and enhance chloride ion penetration resistance and resistance of freezing-thaw.When the replacement content of enhanced mineral admixtures were 5% and 10%,the shrinkage rate of sleeper concrete cured 28 d decreased 20% and 33% respectively.
