摘  要:为探讨煤矸石作为骨料制备混凝土的耐久性,对其指标之一冻融循环性能进行了基础试验研究,结果表明:在常用水灰比的情况下,煤矸石骨料混凝土的抗冻性能指标能够满足要求;在相同水灰比的情况下,煤矸石骨料混凝土的耐久性指数比普通混凝土有所降低,质量损失率有所增大,主要因为在煤矸石骨料中的孔隙水产生较大冻胀应力造成的;随着水灰比的增加,煤矸石骨料混凝土与普通碎石混凝土的耐久性指数都降低,二者的质量损失率也都增大,主要是由于水灰比增加,不同骨料混凝土的强度、结构密实度都降低造成的。试验结果表明,采用煤矸石制备混凝土时,应在满足和易性的基础上,尽量降低单位用水量,水灰比不宜超过0.50。To deal with the concrete durability of coal gangue prepared for aggregate, fundamental experimental investigation is adopted to learn about freezing and thawing cycle performance.Findings show that, when water cement ratio is under the common circumstance, frost resisting performance index of coal gangue aggregate concrete could meet requirements.When water cement ratio is under the same circumstance, compared with common concrete, the frost resisting performance index of coal gangue aggregate concrete reduced, and mass loss rate increased to a certain extent.That is the reason why pore water in coal gangue aggregate brings about larger frost heave stress.With water cement ratio increased, both performance index and mass loss rate of coal gangue aggregate concrete and common concrete reduced, however,the main reason is that,water cement ratio increased, strength and structure compactness of different kinds of concretes de- creased.Concrete produced by coal gangue should not only meet the demand of workability, but also bring down unit water consumption in order to ensure that water cement ratio should not be more than 0.50.
