织物增强混凝土(TRC)永久模板叠合混凝土结构U形梁模的研制

摘　　要：提出一种采用TRC薄板(织物增强混凝土textile reinforced concrete)作为永久模板叠合RC结构体系,在预制TRC永久模板中浇筑混凝土,两者共同组成结构构件。TRC永久模板具有抗裂性、高延性和良好的耐久性,既起到模板的作用,又作为结构的一部分参加共同工作,有利于保护钢筋,提高结构构件的耐久性和有效的承载力、延性,节约大量的施工模板。进行了U形TRC永久梁模的研制,设计了U形梁模的制作模板和部分主筋的定位方法,并进行了U形梁模的制作。初步试验结果表明该技术的可行性。Textile reinforced concrete sheet used as permanent formwork is proposed in Cast-in-place prefabricated reinforced concrete structure.Pouring concrete in TRC permanent formwork can composite structural systems.TRC permanent formwork has great crack resis- tance, high ductility and good working durability.It not only works as the formwork but also as part of the structure.In this way, it is benefi- cial to protect steel, improve bearing capacity and ductility of structure, and save lots of construction formwork.We design TRC permanent formwork in U-shaped for RC beams, including production process and locating method for part of the main steel bar.Preliminary test re- sults show feasibility of this construction method.
