摘　　要：设计开发了一套基于C#组件模式的预拌混凝土自动化生产控制软件,充分利用计算机控制技术对物料进行储存、配料、称量、送料、投料、搅拌和卸料,辅以计算机管理任务单、配合比、生产调度、材料库存和生产记录数据查询统计,使整个预拌混凝土生产过程实现自动化控制。系统经过搅拌站现场使用效果良好,全面提高了混凝土生产的自动化水平、产品质量、生产效率和管理水平,并大大降低了混凝土搅拌站的差错故障率。An automatic production control software of commercial concrete is developed based on C# components techniques,which provides computer management of material storage, distributing, weighing, feeding, charging, mixing and discharging.The system can con- trol job orders, mix proportion, production dispatching, material storage and query statistics of production records, which makes the whole production process auto-controlled.The software has a good effect used in the mixing station, which can improve production efficiency, products quality and resources utilization, and furthermore decreases the mistakes and failure rate.
