摘  要:目的:研发智能化临床抗菌药物使用危险警示和药师互动系统,促进临床合理用药。方法:采用Visual Basic和Microsoft SQL Server为数据库开发语言,运行环境为Windows XP客户机/服务器网络系统。本系统依托医院信息系统,在医师工作站安装"用药安全防火墙",对问题处方进行监测、警示和自动记录,并传送到药师工作站。临床药师在后台对警示用药进行在线分析,发现不合理用药立即与医师互动交流。所有警示信息可供医院质控部门查询,由此搭建起一个沟通医师、药师和管理者的互动平台(管理系统)。结果和结论:临床试用表明,该系统通过用药警示,能帮助医师有效降低医疗风险,辅助临床药师更好地开展临床工作,并且有助于促进临床用药质量持续改进。该系统具有科学性和实用性强的特点,值得推广应用。Objective: To develop an intelligent computer system for danger warning of clinical antibacterial application and for promotion of docto-pharmacist communication, so as to improve rational use of antibacterials. Methods: The prescriptioninspecting system (PIS) was programmed with Visual Basic and Microsoft SQL Server, and ran in Windows XP with client/ server environment, Based on the hospital information system (HIS), the firewall software against irrational use of drugs was installed in the doctors' workstation, and the prescriptions which are related to irrational use of drugs(abnormal prescriptions) would be detected, warned and recorded automatically. At the same time, the records were sent to pharmacists' workstation for analysis. When any abnormal priscription was found by pharmacists, a note would be sent out to the doctor for check up. All the recorded abnormal prescriptions could be reviewed by quality control manager of the hospital Thus, an interactive sys- tem among doctors, pharmacists and managers of the hospital was set up. Results and Conclusion: It has been proved in practi col use that PIS can assist doctors to reduce medical risks effectively,and can also help clinical pharmacists to work more effi eiently. And continuous improvement of clinical medication can be benefited from PIS. This system is proved to be scientific and practical and worth popularization
