摘　　要：该文以石家庄市为例,在对该区域耕地资源及人口数量的变化进行分析的基础上,对耕地资源现实粮食生产潜力和可承载的人口数量进行了评价。石家庄市耕地资源人口承载力预测评价以2009年为基础年,对2009年及以前的数据资料进行分析,并以2015、2020、2030年为目标年,确定不同的营养标准,运用一元线性回归法和GM(1,1)灰色预测模型法相结合对耕地面积和人口数量两个指标进行了预测,继而对该区域预测目标年的人口承载能力进行了预测,并对预测结果进行了分析。On the basis of analyzing the changes of cultivated land resources and population in Shijiazhuang city， the paper made an evaluation on reality production potential of food and the population carrying capacity. Taking 2009 as the foundation year， and 2015， 2020， 2030 as the objective years， it analyzed the data before 2009 and determined different nutritional standards. Combing the methods of linear regression with GM（1，1） gray predic- tion model， it predicted cultivated land area and population number of the objective years， and then evaluated culti- vated land＇s potential productivity and population carrying capacity.
