农户林地资金投入水平影响因素分析——基于四川省宜宾市的实证研究

摘　　要：基于四川省宜宾市336户农户的调研数据,在总结林改后农户林地资金投入现状的基础上,运用Tobit模型对其投入水平的影响因素进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:农户资金投入水平偏低、农户投资水平差异化大、农户资金来源单一,资金困难制约了林业经营的扩大再生产;农户家庭现金收入、非农产业比例、林地面积、林地块数、上年林业收入占总收入的比例、是否与企业签订收购合同以及政府的支持等因素对农户林地资金投入水平产生显著影响。在此基础上,提出提高农户林业收入、加大对营林专业户的支持力度、扶持林业企业发展等建议。Based on the survey data of 336 farmers of Yibin city， Sichuan Province， this article summarizes the current situation of farmers＇ forestry capital investment scale and empirically analyzes its influencing factors by Tobit model. The result shows that farmers＇ capital investment scale was low， the level of investment was different individ- ually， the source of their funds was single and capital difficulties restricted the expansion of forestry management in production. The main factors influencing farmers＇ forestry capital investment scale involved in family annual income， the proportion of non-agricultural employment forestland areas， the number of forestland the proportion of last years＇ forestry income accounting for total income， whether they have signed a purchase contracts with enterprises and whether they＇ve got government＇s support. And on this base some suggestions and recommendations are offered such as improving farmers＇ forestry income， strengthening the support to forest farmers and supporting the develop- ment of forestry enterprises.
