摘　　要：在大都市转型发展的新阶段,后发地区既是破解区域不平衡的重点,也是培育新功能的潜在空间,发展文化旅游等新兴产业正成为后发地区实现崛起的重要途径。后发地区可以通过坚持市场导向,谋求产品的后发优势;坚持整体开发,形成复合性后发优势;明确行动计划,构建政策的后发优势,实现自身的跨越发展。In the new stage of transformational development of metropolis, the late-developing area is not only the key to break the regional unbalanced development, but also the potential space for cultivating new features. Developing new industries, such as cultural and tourism industry, is becoming an essential approach to raise the late-developing area. This area could seek the late-developing advantage for their products by insisting on market-orientation, while, form a multiple late-developing advantage by insisting on the integrated development and build the political late-developing advantage in order to achieve a great-leap-forward development.
