摘　　要：绕开街区保护的原真性问题争论,历史建筑的去留争论,以及商业化等争论,从街区衰败的历史性问题出发,提出"简装修"的保护更新原则。从物质环境和社会问题两个方面阐述历史街区"简装修"的必要性与可行性,并以太原市南华门历史街区更新为例,总结历史街区"简装修"的方法策略。This paper bypasses the issues of Historic District Authenticity, historical buildings protection or removal and historic district commercialize, proposes ＂ simple renovation＂ protection update policy from historic issues of historic district decay. Explained the necessity of ＂ simple renovation＂ in historic district both from physical environment and social issues and take the Nanhuamen historic district for example, summarizes the corresponding planning measures.
